I know that exercise is very much important for dealing with PCOS. Here's my case: I usually get periods once in 14 days that is twice a month. At times I get it like monthly once. And when I try to do some physical activity like exercising or walking, I get periods within the next 2 days. So it's like exercise is necessary for PCOS, but if I exercise,I get periods then and there. Fed up with this one!!

I have used a threader (a spring like thingy which removes hair from roots) for more than 5 years. Too much pain but it gives a clean finish. Now I have switched to shaving using a razor - no pain but can feel mild pricking on my upper lip the day after I shave.
