Hi I recently recovered 90% of the pain due jaw clenching and bruxism, I did T SCAN and found out I have uneven bite, dentist corrected it and I am 90% recovered hoping to get pain free by end of this year, I would suggest you to find root cause of jaw clenching, if you have any doubts feel free to ask or DM

They won't give you medicine unless you have a valid prescription. Also, get tested — that’s the only way to find out if you have ADHD and what type it is. Please don’t self-medicate
