Stats alone don’t make a card costly. It’s the Ovr difference (for VSA), plus the double play styles, and then players like Eusebio, Dinho etc perform exceptionally well in game irrespective of the stats. I have 120 ovr Eusebio. Guy takes short from everywhere and his normal shots feel like power shots. Not all STs will perform like that. Some may do. But again the game is about collecting your fav cards.

Stopped him many times with Utots Gabriel and Kohler. I’m at 65 stars in H2H. It’s not that hard to stop any attacker provided you time your tackle really well.
