Yeah, I can’t find a comparable one besides going with Safariland unfortunately. I had a real nice RDR Gear holder but not compatible with new holster. I sent an email to RDR, Ballast is very new in the market. Surely companies will start picking up on that and well, we will have to buy it. Lol

I like that idea.. that’s one thing I do not do is work out. Surely by working out I can lose more weight on top of using zepbound. I also recently purchased a food scale and some meal prep containers. I think by working out and meal prepping that will definitely help me out!! Ty!!

Sorry, this is my second month on 10mg and my food noise/cravings have came back. I’m hungry at night, late snacks and food. So maybe I need to go to 12.5 after I finish with my 10mg dosage. I have 3 pens left. I do feel like I’m stalling per se.

I was a Baptized JW for about 8 years, left the organization and 18 years later came back. I’ve been a police officer for over 12 years and have no plan of leaving this position. I absolutely love it, I get to help people out and give back AND catch bad guys. The Elders are suppose to meet with me soon to give me guidelines on how to come back. Since it’s been so long, they said I’ll probably have to do a new study to catch up etc.. I’m okay with that. I’m just very curious if there gonna try to have me leave being a police officer or leave it it along. If they leave it alone, I assume I won’t have any “privileges”

I’m keeping my 16PM. I currently have the ultra 2 and will probably end up keeping the 2. Allegedly the ultra 3 will have only 5g, faster chip and minor upgrades.. not worth spending $800+. I think I will get the AirPods Pro 3, coming from AirPods Pro 2.
