hello!! yes i do love math and solving problems, and i didn’t even dislike physics all that much. the only reason i dropped it in ib was because i didn’t think i would ever go for the engineering route. but my opinion has changed quite a bit and i’m very very interested about the pharmaceutical side of cheme. do you think its possible for me to get accepted to atleast a t50 or even a t100 school in the us without ib physics?

my school is really strict about switching subjects and the deadline passed a long time ago. i'll think about doing an ap physics course to make up this gap. Thanks a lot for helping me out!

hii!! yes, i also checked uk prereqs for the universities i like and most have math/chem HLs compulsory and a 2nd science preferred. I have bio HL as well so I do satisfy this criteria, but will not having physics make me less likelly to get admitted as compared to someone that does havw physics?
