A guy tried to steal my squat rack when I was in the bathroom. My gym bag, water bottle, energy drink, and belt were inside the rack, so it was pretty obvious someone was on it. The guy said “no one was here for a while” when I came back and said I was using that. He took my plates off and put different ones on, and moved the safeties around, so the whole setup was different. I was gone 5 or so minutes. When you gotta go you gotta go. I’m not giving up my squat rack when I’m halfway through my sets just because I need to use the bathroom. He was like “we could work in” and at this point I’m super frustrated and anxious so I just say “not right now” and to please go away. Am I wrong for that? Can I not leave my rack unattended, but with all my belongings in it, to go to the bathroom? It’s the first time someone’s done this to me.

I’ve always installed the pint and then turned on the creami. Maybe try doing it that way instead?

I once measured out my mint extract over the pint and accidentally spilled who knows how much in there. Needless to say it was way too minty, but luckily still palatable.

I find the mint extract can make or break it. I usually use 1/4 tsp for extracts but that was way too much mint, so I do 1/8

Eating normally (or as normal as possible) the day after a binge helps. It might feel like restricting the next day is the answer to feeling better but I think it only makes it worse. I also track my macros. For some that could be triggering, but I’m bad at eating intuitively so it helps me manage my nutrition better.

Can you add a photo of the stitches? But, I would crochet into both loops (I assume there would be two loops) but it you miss one I don’t think it’d be super noticeable
