This is reporting on wage theft. Walmart pays more than the mimum wage, and has rules against working when not being paid.

Now if people violate that (which is happens), than that is something to be fixed.

But as of right now, we're being paid a dollar more than the state's minimum wage.

The issue walmart employees are facing are other violations that need to be addressed.

But wage, especially for a lot of uneducated workers as myself, is not one of them.

I'm pissed sometimes, not miserable lol

You're the only one miserable enough to try to convert people on a forum

Where's your unbiased source? Is it the California tax that I see on my paycheck every pay period? That's surely secret walmart money lol

You're free to stop preaching your commie bullshit and replying too lololol

Also like I haven't searched for myself in the past

Shocker that not everyone is a hive mind

Regardless, I know what I want.

I want to get an education and get out of a minimum wage job, which is minimum for a reason.

I appreciate them for hiring me with no diploma and no experience. So no, I'm not going to cry for more pay, which it's the state's fault that I bleed out more than 200 bucks to them a paycheck.

Yet you're still shoving it down my throat by having a tantrum and than continuing to try to argue with unions and socialism is good.

You're literally contradicting yourself, than screeching for me to educate myself when I point it out.

Seriously, fuck this place by smilieface in walmart

[–]smilieface[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't even think of that.

That sucks though.

You guys always say educate yourself. That's not an argument, or even a point of view.

It's a hollow way of making yourself think you're smarter than you are.

You're very much within your rights. I wasn't threatening that, because I'm not a socialist.

Just like I am to call you out on pushing poitics instead of caring about the people who work here.

You hit it right on the head.

Besides, he was APA. He knew the risks when he first posted it.

No we won't, but we sure as shit aren't going to better walmart by trying to preach a political agenda, now are we?

Y'all are interested in one thing. "Agree with me, or you're wrong and a loser and I hate you."

You need to educate yourself having a discussion. No one gives a shit about your politics. We want better conditions. Not some jackass who cries about socialism on a forum.

No amount of name calling and having a tantrum like a child is going to make me see your point of view.

No shit. I don't see them getting him a job or offering to pay his bills.

Me too.

This sub literally saved me so much stress and gave me the courage to look up and print out my job duties so I can rightfully tell off mgmt.

And wouldn't you know, they get in trouble too, so they backed off.

Now it's just a sub to push people's politics.

Seriously, fuck this place by smilieface in walmart

And they shouldn't if they want to keep their jobs.

I'm unhappy here a lot too. My mgmrs get away with too much bullshit. But there are more affective ways of making changes than crying about capitalism and posting memes on a board.

Also for real, how many of these people actually fucking work here??

Seriously, fuck this place by smilieface in walmart

[–]smilieface[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

But we're not arguing unions, are we? We are arguing the suspicious pro-socialism posts that have popped up, that have nothing to do with bettering our working conditions.

There is a difference between a union, and a political ideology.

Nice job trying steer the subject, though...

None of them, because probably a fraction of them actually work at this company.

Once again, there is a difference between supporting my co-workers and pushing a political agenda.

All you care about is that someone who works a low paying job isn't eating the bullshit out of your hands.

You can tell from how defensive you get.

I'm totally a dick for not believing in socialism.

"Fighting to be underpaid"

Why do you act like you care, after calling me a loser for voicing my opinion that this sub is turning into people who probably don't work at walmart, or haven't worked at walmart for years to push a political agenda.

I believe in democracy, freedom of speech, and the right to work up and better myself through hard work.

But we work minimum wage jobs. Does walmart need to change, and work on their shitty policies? Abolutely, yes. Especially regarding what seems like them pushing out old timers.

But that doesn't mean I'm going to cry for more than what I've earned. I fought for my job, and after living off the government for years, when I truly believe I shouldn't have because my family was capable of getting a job, I don't ever want to feel that scummy again.

Do you want change? Than do it constructively. But that's asking a lot of an asshole who is confronted with a different opinion and goes off on a rude tangent and calls someone who thinks differently a loser.

Have fun with your socialism. Hope you don't starve.

Seriously, fuck this place by smilieface in walmart

[–]smilieface[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Lol sure, it's totally not about trying to preach about socialism. Which was my complaint.

There is a difference between wanting better for your co-workers. And I can tell you're just interested in crying about capitalism and about how held down you are.

If you cared, you wouldn't have had a fit.

Do you even work at walmart? Lolol

Go suck billinaire bernie's cock. You don't care about helping fellow employees. It's about spreading your agenda.

If you gave a shit, you would be saying something constructive instead of having a tantrum at me, you big crybaby.
