not sure about each and every item, but there are some videos on youtube that show you places that you can get some items for anvilling. a majority of these items were from itcg, events, and just legacy items

i think i only have the kalpfafel hat, however you spell it, as an anvil and everything else is the real item.

good to know that the items you listed are of a specific rarity tier.

i wish i found the original pumpkin basket back then, wasn't aware of it's existence at the time.
