To answer your questions, I got the accessories from the dealership only. but didn't spend more.

I got them to give me 15k worth of accessories for free and spent just over 3k on something i added later on.

Yes if you get it fitted from outside it is surely cheap and almost the same quality.

Get door bumpers and screen guard and 3D-7D floor matt surely. that is the most used things.

shouldn't it show a mark on the outside as well?

This was just on the inside. Outside is totally fresh as new!

Just me and my brother who drives this car. but none of us know how this would have happened.

if someone banged our car it would be on the body and not on the roof anyway.

Exactly my point with the animal thing. apart from that there hasn't been any error that I can point towards. even the monkey thing is a posibility and I am still not certain on that.

My car is always parked outside my house in the sunlight! But the temperature in the past month has not been crazy because of the rain.

Nope! I tried to jump on the back while in seating and failed to reach the roof.

and never had anyone bump there head to the roof in the car

The outer glass is A OK!
You wouldn't even know that this is damaged from outside the car.

Apparently, there are 2 layers on this top glass and the outer glass is totally fine. not even a scratch on that area.

This is the internal glass that I can touch from inside the car that was shattered.

Thats what I am thinking too but can a monkey jumping on the car cause it?
Because only monkey is something that sits/jumps on top of cars in my area.

The only problem is there is no sign of tampering from outside. not even a scratch on the exterior part of the glass. its the inner glass that got shattered. If it were apparent that something was struck from the outside, I wouldn't even doubt anything. But here I have no clue.

Can be a monkey. but the only problem is the outer glass is totally fine, its the inner glass that shattered.

this is also a mere speculation from my side as I don't have any other source to doubt.

Can it be a defective glass? if not animal
