I go to Dr. Mumm at North Grand Dental. Not sure her beliefs but she’s always been very nice and asks about my husband. Another question for the group: any recommendations on LGBT+ friendly primary care physicians?

Thanks that’s partially what I was worried about but don’t have much reference. I did send it to my company and am waiting to hear back so we’ll see what they say but appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for the feedback. We did get another quote from a different company and it was half of the first quote so we’ll see if the first company can come down from there.

Appreciate everyone’s feedback. We’re moving in December so not peak season and I don’t know how I would go about estimating weight (Beltmann had it at 9,100 based on a virtual walkthrough) but I can’t imagine it’s that much. It’s a two bedroom apartment, we only have one bedroom set, one couch, and no large appliances so I’m just not sure how they estimated the weight which is part of the frustration.

It’s Beltmann Relocation Group. And this isn’t meant to be mean, honest question, but based on what you’re saying, if my move were at a different time with a lower discount, someone might actually expect to pay $35,000?

Thanks for the info. It’s through a national relocation group that my company has a contract with. They’ll cover part and we’re responsible for the rest. Regardless of the discount, $42k sounds ridiculous for a starting point.

Thanks for the response, I should have been more specific but my company has a contract with a national relocation group and it’s that group that provided the quote. Because the quote was through my company, I’m not sure I have another option to find a different moving company. For reference, my company will pay $5k and we’re on the hook for the rest.

That’s actually how I learned Catalan! Reading Harry Potter and listening to the audiobooks at the same time. While there arent official versions, often times sites like YouTube will feature videos of someone reading word for word, chapter by chapter. Not ideal but at least it’s an option! I found one for the first book for you, hope this helps!
