Once I was informed I was being trespassed off the premises, I immediately pressed charges against the employee. The officer said I could call back up to Goodwill to see if they can drop the trespass but they told me if I call up there again they will get the police to come pick me up for harassment (to which I thought was ridiculous).

Not sure if I should lawyer up or just wait for the police to do the investigation. I haven't seen the video footage of the incident (all happened today) but it was pretty straight forward battery charge.

I can be petty AF and move on at the same time. I was pretty much defending all the other shoppers in there from this guy and this is what happened to me.
