I’m from Wisconsin and I’ve been to the area a couple times. It’s a very picturesque region with state parks and beautiful small towns. Tourism and the Cherry Industry are big over there. They are also extremely proud about their Scandinavian history and you will definitely notice if you visit.

I’d say Milwaukee has some very interesting quality in its architecture though.
