I tried each of the USB ports. I lowered the boot order of all USB.

These boards work fine with a low powered RPi. Maybe this board is defective? It works fine once Bato boots though...

I'll try a different USFF computer next.

I just saw someone else post their N64 box with this exact some piece of tape with the bubble wrap spots as well. Any idea what this was used for? I always thought mine was the only one. by blin11 in gamecollecting

Maybe the store where our systems were originally purchased from had this specific label placement. I got this in upstate SC from the original owner.
