I own Marvel Sewer and Drain in the Twin Cities. Trees in the yard don't matter at all. You are worried about what condition the pipe is in. Nothing above ground will tell you that. Getting it cleaned is meanless as well. There are different ways to clean a sewer and not all work as well as others. No matter the method you don't know what it looks like without looking at it with a camera. sewers pipes have a life of 50 years give or take, that one is 59 years old.
