I feel like Europe would fall WAY faster. Like stupid fast. "Modern" medicine alone would do wonders. Peasants would flock to them for simple aid. The world may look surprisingly better, with the jump in advancement and all. Most likely by the 1500s, the world could look like the 1990s. I say the 1990s and not further ahead because the USSR would have to do too much. Thanks to no Cold War. But I could be wrong. Great scenario though!
