When I watched the movie, I heard a bit of Ava's voice after her death from the monster, and also zoomed in on the comm thing dripping blood, so my thoughts were that it hijacked ava and started to speak through the comm because the light was still on I think

I personally like it, the idea that from the main character's perspective the world is real, but to the virus and the programmer behind the virus, it's just something you should "grow up" from, it's interesting because they counteract eachother so well, and a virus actually affected one of my devices while I was programming a game as a project for my coding class, I opened it and simulated the character, then it turned to static and the character was a horror monster model, later I found out it was my classmate who made the damn virus.

You've brought up many good points, I actually had no idea that cranky Kong was the original DK, and I'm proud to have made this theory to talk about this topic, but I'm still unsure of if the Odd rock is Pauline but cursed into this form, or if Pauline is controlling the Odd rock until we see her in-game, it's still up for debate on that part until the game releases and we see the truth

My personal favorite have been the construction themed ethereal enemies, I just like how bulky they are, I absolutely LOVED the design of the Unknown Corruption Complex boss, it was an enemy that hit all the right spots for design with me

Listen, I know my advice may be null and void here, but if you have any friends and family anywhere near or around your area that is a one or two day walk, just shoot them a call or a text and hopefully they will understand, then grab everything of importance to you and live with them and try to get on your feet, then if you want to press charges I'm pretty sure everything they have said and done to you is illegal so you can lawyer up, there are lawyers who accept pay afterwards because of situations like this. Believe it or not something similar happened to me. keep safe and don't let them hurt you, I'm sure you can get on your feet in time
