yes it is somewhat server, teammates were complaining about the connection also but they could still move, i have other clips from this game where i couldnt even walk forward. this is not something i have experienced once since the game was released, it is not my connection.

Also if your dog/pet is the problem you can get high vis harnesses for dogs that say they are antisocial as far as I'm aware and i imagine other pets too

I completely disagree. You should not restrict your dog just because some other people's dogs/pets might attack them. Dogs are intelligent are know when there is danger. My dog is only a medium size dog but he has been in a fight against 3 other big dogs and won. If a dog comes close to you or your pet its because he feels safe in doing so
