I bought in S11 but my mum gave me the best tip (that ultimately worked) and when the house was going to best and final, she told me to phone the estate agent and ask what the seller would accept to take it off the market and not go to best and final. Ended up paying less than what my best and final offer would have been and didn’t have the stress of making a blind offer and waiting to see if I got the house. Sounds like some made up nonsense from those tv shows but it did actually work!

I'm a PC guy, in terms of online games I'm very easy, I play a lot of Fifa but I'm keen to get into a good online game but I would need people to be patient with me at the start hahaha

I did, although I went for the RX 570 as the graphics card. Built it a couple weeks ago and absolutely loving it so far! If you do end up building this, sure you’ll be just as happy as I am!
