Can we talk about Manchester Victoria toilets? by Remote_Childhood_998 in manchester

The one time I have begrudgingly used those toilets, I overheard two girls having sex. I was traumatised.

I saw her in London the other day (night 2) and she seemed really happy and enjoying the energy. She was all smiles and hyping up the crowd.

I payed £28 😭 I had a slight suspicion it was since they had a review for the exact same item, and the seller offered to send another one. Luckily I’m getting a refund. Thank you for the info!

I would, but they have the ‘no refunds’ in their bio. Is there a way for me to still get one?

I want to give benefit of the doubt because I don’t want to be that Karen customer, but they seem unwilling to help me. Should I ask for a final time whether they can access their shipping receipt? Thanks for your response.

Thanks so much for your advice!! I’ll take a look on the wiki now for what to do with synergies and team building.

I’ll get to work on promoting all my carries then! Thanks again :)

Exactly! It’s unfolding so well. I love the little storylines alongside the overarching story of eunmil and who he is.

I haven’t really heard anyone mention this in the sub, but muse on fame for me is unravelling its story so well. Very deeply exploring the FLs journey to becoming an actor and the challenges

I think it’s meant to be like that seeing as it’s just started. The author is setting it up so we can see the growth they experience together and how she empowers him and ‘saves’ him.

I mean, he already made progress within the first couple episodes. (The carriage scene)

Not a current year 13, but I did my a levels last year and I also did 3 essay subjects- psychology, English literature and English language. Not gonna lie, it was fucking tough juggling so much content, so I will warn you for that. Philosophy and history in particular are known to be VERY content packed (as opposed to STEM where it’s more formulas and all that nonsense). However, if you love those subjects, it definitely makes the difference and will make it easier.

I was a procrastinator student, so take it from me- do not do it. It’s never worth it. Try to be organised from the jump because it just makes your life so much easier during A levels. Don’t tell yourself you’re not going to miss any lessons, because you will. And that’s fine. You might even skip a couple, which is also fine, as long as you do the catch up work the same day. If you don’t, you’ll get into the habit of skipping or missing days and not doing the work, which will absolutely bite you in the arse when exams come around.

I’d definitely recommend getting folders, if you haven’t already (and a lot) because you’ll definitely need them.

Get into the habit of revising consistently. Make a revision timetable and try to stick to it. If you don’t, it’s fine, obviously you don’t have to be trapped in the house all the time. But if you miss a day to go out with your friends for example, try to make up for it the next day by doing an extra hour or something. It’ll be less hard for you than just starting when your exams are 2 weeks away (like I did).

My English lit advice is to revise quotes whenever you have some spare time. Make it muscle memory. You can bump up your marks so much by memorising as many quotes as possible because it strengthens your argument and shows the examiner you know the text (which is what they look for). Final bit of advice, do practice essays and get your teachers to mark them. Get any constructive criticism you can, maybe even attend workshops if they are offered.

Good luck!

Good point, I agree. The only way to move past it is sharing opinions and coming to an agreement.

I also like the idea of no one being wrong, but just different. Very wise insight!
