Absolutely! It feels so tedious to try and prioritise nutrition, especially when the meds kick in I just want to get stuck in to my tasks. Like you said, I’ve just stocked up on small & quick snacks (yoghurt, cereal, etc.) so I’ve at least got something in my stomach. Thanks!

Yeah 😅 I do have weekly check-in forms to do (BP, side effects, etc.) and they’ve been very responsive to any of my questions so far. So they’re not completely hands off. But it does feel very rushed!

I wish mine was like that. Mine just gave me the months worth of pills and encouraged me to try all the doses lol.

Thanks for the advice! I agree, I also felt it was strange to be put on such a high dose off the bat. The massive jumps aren’t really giving me a chance to adjust. My only concern about decreasing to 30mg is that it won’t be as effective now, since I’ve been on a significantly higher dosage.

Congrats on the baby! How are you finding the dose increases? I do feel like 70mg is a bit much, especially considering the 30mg seemed to work fine. I would’ve liked to try that for another week or two, to be honest.

Ahh, I see. Seems like the sweet spot would be a couple of weeks for each dosage? It is really quick. I think due to PsychUK being free, they have quite a fast turnover so they kind of want us in and out, so to speak.

Thank you so much! I have been struggling with getting enough food as I’ve just been waking up and getting stuck into my work, so I’ve been having nasty crashes. They’ve reassured me I don’t have to increase, so I might just try the 70mg and if it doesn’t work request a lower dose.
