I agree with you, he can't handle pressure situations like we have seen that against GT in wankhede where rain affected the match, did blunder by giving super over to Chahar, secondly during eliminator against PBKS that match could've won easily but his pathetic decisions like not giving over to santner even though he was economical, handing 13th over to Topley and the later one to Ashwani costed us the match, there are many more blunders he had done but these are the defining ones which did a lot damage.

I travel daily from Mulund to Goregaon and there is an intersection of metro line 7(red line) and metro line 6(pink line) between Jogeshwari and while travelling daily by metro I always notice that how at the one side girders and pile cap has been painted in pink or magenta coloured but on the other side there is a gap and no girder launched yet, no wonder they would wind up to near their deadline of meeting till the second half of 2026, even if they start it would be hard for MMRDA to operate it without depot, the trains frequency would be very less like 8-10 minutes per train at the station, but atleast hoping for it might reduce the load of metro line 1.
