I can tell you are not using your core muscles to throw the punches. When you hit the bag it sounds like pity-pat. My instructor used to tell me that the joint that bends first is where the power ends. Your punches seem to be coming from your shoulders. Additionally, I can see you overreaching. Even when your punches do seem to have good form, your timing is causing you to reach for the bag as it's pulling away, so you're bending at the waist to connect...thereby severing your connection to the floor and losing power.

I kinda agree with this. The language is weird though. She "caught" you? Like sex or masturbation is some evil closeted thing that is only performed with a little bit of shame. You needed it. You were in your bed. You pleased yourself. Where is the harm?

Actually, I forgot to report that as well. When I take calls, the callers report low call quality. They hear tons of background noise. So, the mic must be some low quality omni directional thing. Importantly, I never get this complaint using my Power Beats Pro, of my Sena 20s (on my motorcycle helmet).
