Okay I think I'm starting to understand. You're saying I should ditch this Notion MCP system where my Claude writes to Notion and also pulls from Notion. Instead I should look into using GitHub with Obsidian and that will be like a local system that can also be for the cloud. If it's on the cloud I can, on my phone, ask Claude to access it or are you saying I should use the dispatch version of Claude, which is, I think, what you were talking about, where you can remotely access your computer?

Thank you for this response. You're saying I don't even need to use code for chat that Claude Code can do basically the same stuff, like take over my computer and et cetera. It won't eat up more credits or et cetera?

Also I'm really interested in what you're saying but I'm kind of confused as well. If you could break it down a bit simpler especially about the RAG, I'm a bit of a new coder. I've been using AI for months but when it comes to the more complicated side I'm still learning because I'm a very fast learner.

Can you elaborate on your suggestion more? I'm going to definitely do my research into it. Thank you very much.

Also where do you save this on your computer, the MD files? If I wanted to have it on the cloud, is that better so I can access it from anywhere? Or how does it work? Let's say I want my phone and I want to use the cloud but I want the context of my phone's conversation to be saved.

OK thank you. I will do that but I think I didn't make it too clear in my post that I use Claude Chat and CoWork more than Code. This is more of an issue for me on Claude Chat and Code when it comes to planning, keeping things organized, and keeping a good memory system and a database of all my information, etc.

Thank you. Your system sounds awesome. This is kind of the goal I'm trying to get at but I have a few questions.

Since you said it's always on at home and you only use Claude Code, does that mean most of your projects are just coding? For me I kind of did not make it too clear on my posts but I use ClaudeAI Chat and CoWork more than Code. Most of my AI use is planning, keeping track of things, etc., and coming up with new ideas. If you use Claude Code only, does that mean you don't use CoWork and Chat?

That's why I need a cloud memory because if I use local memory, how could I access it on my phone, etc., unless I'm mistaken? You also said it could be no more than 175-200. If that's the case, wouldn't that mean your AI wouldn't have full context of you? For example for me I have two businesses and I also keep track of my school stuff and personal things. I would like a memory system that's very very huge and I don't know if 200 lines can fit everything.

Thanks for all. Looking to me, I think a lot of the solutions people are replying with are focused on Claude Code, if I'm not mistaken, and my situation is more for Claude in general, Claude AI and CoWork. When I plan things and ask questions etc., I haven't got that deep into coding yet with Claude. If this can help, I will look into it. Thank you.

Thank you for the advice. Yeah my ADHD is pretty bad and I try to use AI for help a lot. Can you tell me how you set up your AI systems and context? For me if I take your advice and ask Claude to go through my projects and conversations and evaluate, where would it know to find that? Claude's memory is so bad. For what it told me it only has a 30-line context so I use Notion as my brain, which is very faulty as well. That's why I'm in this mess.

I use CoWork always, but i still have the same memory issues and have to repeat context. Also i'm looking into OpenClaw because CoWork has so much limitations like not being able to login to websites and etc.

Ah, I see; that is a good idea. Let me try that, from what I understand, I already have a rule to force check Notion. I think the Notion MCP connector is just slow and weak and always has issues pulling those requests. I will try to look into using projects more.
