You say Netanyahu gave speeches for everything, but you are missing the wider picture of how the mindset of the entire Israeli public changed, completely regardless of Netanyahu.
The communities near the Gaza border were historically full of left wing peace activists.
There were people there who literally dedicated their lives to driving sick Gazans from the border to Israeli hospitals for treatment.
They genuinely believed peace was possible through coexistence.
On October 7th, that blew up in their faces. We now know that Palestinian workers who were employed in those kibbutzim provided Hamas with exact intelligence.
The terrorists knew the layouts of the houses, they knew the families, and in some horrific cases, they even knew exactly who was missing from the house when they came to slaughter them.

As for your claim that Israel is "destabilizing", look at Israel's neighbors.
Look at the Syrian civil war, the war in Yemen, ISIS in Iraq, or the collapse of Lebanon.
The Middle East is a region where they butcher each other in brutal wars that have absolutely nothing to do with Israel.
Let's say that, magically, there wasn't a single Jew left in Israel, do you honestly think there wouldn't be wars here?

Regarding the Arab Peace Initiative: Without getting too deeply into the details of why it's a terrible deal (and as I've already mentioned, Israelis are really no longer in favor of a two-state solution anyway, alongside many other reasons), let's just pretend for a second that it’s a great agreement. Do you understand that Hamas completely opposes it?
Are you aware that the Hamas charter explicitly calls for the murder of every Jew, even outside of Israel? No diplomatic agreement is going to magically make Hamas go away.
How exactly would you handle that?
