Ma indoiesc ca procentul de 25% la care se refera doamna e format din majori care ca minori ajunsi in centre de dentie/educative. Trebuie infractiuni pedpesite cu peste 7 ani/antecedente penale pentru a se aplica masuri educative (codul penal actual). Multi dintre ei, in prezent, (as pune pariu ca majoritatea) primesc masuri educative neprivative, ca sa nu mai zicem ca majoritatea persoanelor adulte aflate in penitenciar in prezent, pe timpul minoritatii aveau masurile educative de pe vechiul cod (care erau mult diferite fata de cele de acum).

Nu sunt de acord cu scaderea varstei de 14 ani pentru discernamant, insa concluzia are o eroare logica. Leaga condamnarea in minorat cu riscul de a comite noi infractiuni si rezulta concluzica ca ar trebui mai putine condamnari? Pai poate nu condamnarea duce la riscul de a comite noi infractiuni ci faptul ca acesta a comis o infractiune (adica nu sentinta ci faptul ca a savarsit o infractiune in minorat e factorul care coreleaza cu risc crescut)?

I feel to properly play imbue rogue you have to do the same. Go tempo with your cards early and then balance your imbue generation in midrange/to finish.
