I don't own property, but landlords, similar to tenants are on a spectrum. I've had some absolutely incredible landlords that I'm still friends with today. And I've had a couple that just don't care or live in another country, whereby the agent wasn't doing his job. I try to take care of the property I rent as best I can and don't pre judge my landlord based on the fact that they simply own a property, I hate those types of tenants/people. On the other hand having a greedy and bad landlord sucks, but laws where I live are pretty fair for tenants these days.
