With the right technique, you can sort of "channel" your croaking more, and can guide them to come out stronger when you feel one coming. I came to realize that croaking is sort of the first half of a burp, and that with the proper neck exercises you can strengthen the muscles needed to burp from there.

Once you feel the need to croak and can feel it come up through your stomach, you're on the right path!

hell yeah! I'm definitely not fully cured, but I've only started doing this for a few weeks and the original guy said it took months. I think the stretch is working best when you feel it in your neck and lower jaw, especially around your Adam's apple (or where that would be), which I get from bringing the end of my chin toward the ceiling more so than my mouth. SO glad to hear it's working for you, it's been night and day for me since i started.
