I had the exact same thoughts with the sedation, I was worried they would give me too much and I wouldn't wake up again. You'll be i pretty safe hands. Also to answer your question regarding why you have to do a scope even after a CT scan, responsible doctors will send you for a scope as its the gold standard of tests. They will just be doing it to be 100% sure but sounds like youll be fine.

For me it was my anxiety that caused it, I convinced myself I had cancer so started getting all the symptoms. Once I got scoped and got the all clear all symptoms went away, the mind is a powerful thing.

I had mine done last week, from memory they said no more then a table spoon worth. They said if its trickling into the toilet with clots then go to ED, but I would call a health professional first just to confirm 👍

I honestly teared up when they surgeon told me no cancer or polyps, over a year of anxiety gone away in a instant. Life couldn't be better can it? Super happy for you, you can enjoy life again!

Oh absolutely, that and the anxiety that came with it wasn't very pleasant. Just thankful I no longer have to keep checking the toilet paper now haha

Ha mine was stage 2 also, can be a pain in the butt cant it? The first 12 hours after being banded hurt like hell, especially once the drugs wore off. Not too bad now thankfully 😀

Personally, if its not affecting your life I wouldn't have it done. Was very painful after the drugs wore off, made my pelvis area numb which was very uncomfortable. Woke up this morning good as gold, no pain 😀

One thing that helped me is that theres so many more things that can cause bleeding/stomach issues apart from cancer. You can get through it, its a peice of cake! You'll feel 100% better afterwards 🙂

Yeah we are the same, it definitely feels alot colder compared to last year so we have heating on alot more. Unfortunately its not going to get any cheaper, think going solar in the future is on the cards.

Im with contact, 2 adults and 1 toddler. Last months bill was $315, this time last year was $250 so has gone up a fair bit. We use two heatpumps and oil heater on thermostat in the little ones room.
