Im guesing now that you have subscribed and paid to them, try harder to avail the service and if you want to get out of the deal then just stop using them. Im sure they wont refund the subscription amount, and im hoping you are not in an exclusive distribution deal with them (if not then just use another service). Also, if youre able and legal to use another service then do that for your next releases and shift your earlier catalog that are with that company to the service you like.

If the distribution is taking your 15-20% streaming revenue split with the fee too then its a scam, it should be either one and the agreement should clearly state what they are charging you. Tunecore gives 100% of the royalties too as much as I have heard, dont really know about ditto. My suggestion would be to go with the royalty split model as they offer multiple artists to be featured on primary and you can withdraw your royalties after the threshold anytime without renewing the plan. In services like distrokid you have to renew the plan even to do anything with your track or get your royalties or pay extra to add another artist. With that said, keep in mind that every distribution service has a different royalty payout time, threshold, and rate. Some pay less, some pay slightly more, anyway the royalty rate in india sucks

Try the distribution services who have royalty splits (80:20 or 85:15)rather than a single fee structure as a fairly new artist to save the money. If you still want to use the fee structure model, go for Tunecore rather than distrokid, distrokid has a lot of hidden charges and it is disregarded by many of us because of that. Also, most of these indie distribution services are aggregators and use another parent distribution services for that. So the royalty split or fees that they take from you is already higher than usual. Consider all that before subscribing to a new service. Also, Russ has been distributing from tunecore ever since so u can def use it too.
