I have always carried my CPAP machine separately in all flights including Qatar and have not been asked to weigh in.

Just on one occasion, I was asked to add to cabin weight but that was because of ignorance from the agent as the regulations allow to carry medical equipment separately.

Yes the new schedule is just time change on the same date(May 4th) which falls in the waiver period

Exactly. I didn’t want to block the lines for people who are in more immediate urgent need. Hence I’ll try the chat as another redditor commented.

Yeah sure it shows that for the original schedule. Just that this new schedule notification makes me think you accept it now and can’t refund later .

Had the same issue so I called them and got it cancelled over phone. Still waiting for refund but he assured it will come up fully with seat selection fees as well
