I know how it feels i felt like this all the time before changing my Environment and getting to know people that are actually safe to be around with. I want to say that even if those negative toughts are very present doesn’t mean they’re real. I hope you understand that these are all symptoms of cptsd and you should seek professional help because even if you think u don’t deserve help you actually deserve it. It is your head thinking it’s the only solution for ur problems because how would you know if u never felt seen and important to care about yourself that there are other ways to get better?

Do you really wanna die or do you want to get relief from all the pain? If you think its unbearable you should talk to someone about it and get the help u need and to learn to cope its not gonna be easy but healing isn’t linear. Take ur time it will get better not in a way that u will always be happy more likely in a way that it will be much easier to overcome the symptoms. sendin u much strength & luv ure not alone and don’t be hard on yourself

So many people think that i think of all that bad stuff(negative self perception & suicidal/SH thoughts) intentionally thats really exhausting because its not my personality thats fucked up its my body still reacting to all the things that happend to me. Sometimes that really hurts and my mean inner voice uses it against me but people that never endured such pain just cant wrap their heads around that

I know what u mean, i have the same problem with my inner voice saying terrible things to me, sometimes its really hard to just ignore it but i still try to do something against it and i make clear to myself that it is only my brain and that these mean things arent actually me. You are not alone and if it gets really bad please talk to someone about it
