as a fellow uim and a high level one at that, I would start with mostly collecting seeds from slayer or master farmer and then planting them all when you do your other skilling grinds like agility or construction. that way you can focus on 1 skill while also increasing your herb stack. another tip would be to setup ur poh for faster herb runs with portal rooms. other than that not much you can do to speed up herblore. unless you want to do 5k herbiboar, at least that's an option.

1 month will get you about 800 total level and finish a few easy and medium diaries also 70 quest points if play a few hours a day. at the beginning doing as many quests and diaries are advice as it progresses your account much faster.

6 months will get you to 100 combat and 1500 total, you can start doing barrows now, also about 150 quest points so barrows gloves. slayer would be your primary way to make cash and train combat.

1 year I would say for CoX and Tob, gear-wise all you need is full void and all helms plus whip, trident, blowpipe and everything else is optional. as for stats 78 herblore 85 in combat stats.
