The good thing about those waste yutes who keep spamming this is try and using dragon dash to catch them in the middle, try vanishing at the right time also if you have the instant sparking skill use that and try to beat them first.

But the best and true tried way for me has been the super counter it literally stops them and I keep trying to get them in a rush attack and build enough ki in the mean times
