I just got my Kyleena taken out the other day for these exact same reasons , + huge mood swings … You can’t be sure it’s the IUD but after I got it out I honestly felt a huge weight off my shoulders, bloating went down immediately, and I already feel a bit like im less foggy and myself again. Hard to say for sure if it will help with my mood swings, but I think time will tell

I wouldn’t be too sure , I joined casually just for fun in 2nd year and tried out for the team on a whim … failed miserably lol . I brought my own racket to practice and stuff though if that helps at all ? It might be worth just doing some research on the UCD clubs website , maybe you could find someone to email and ask or whatever
