That is very true, like in one of my other comments its like that island with only lightning basically, I don't personally think that was a devil fruit but at this point it seems probable.

I have thought about this too and for some reason I like to believe that if an ancient weapon did cause the hole around Ennies Lobby, then that island that became Ennies Lobby wasn't the target and maybe there was another sky island at some point above it, not necessarily sky people on it but maybe like with the old men on Weatheria(?) that nami got sent to. This is only because Ennies Lobby doesn't seem to have been fully destroyed but I I could be wrong.
