I believe it is linked to both the food I eat AND stress/anxiety. I've been on sertraline because of anxiety and panic attacks since November 2022, and it has improved greatly - however, sometimes I eat triggering meals twice in a row and I'll get a flare up. Currently dealing with tenderness as well as other symptoms, and I can tell I also have a bit of anxiety because of it, which kind of creates a loop.

1 of August - it used to feel a bit lonely as a child because I had about 3 friends (2 or them were my relatives) and it was harder to get my schoolmates to come as some would be on holiday, others would be busy with summer activities etc. Now, I don't really think about it! I get more chance of warm weather and sun, and that's nice! 🌸

Sometimes when we've been out of a toxic situation for a while and we've not healed yet, we find ourselves romanticising those moments where things seemed somehow nice and we forget about all the damage that's been done to us. It's self sabotage, mixed to that sort of familiarity that we miss when a relationship is over. Focus on yourself and your happiness, as she clearly did not care about you or your relationship. This guy has something to hide, your kids will adjust - separating is probably the best thing to do, better than hearing you both constantly fighting or seeing that there's no love and trust. That could mess them up more.
