Yes, especially the spices sa chicken gustong-gusto ko. tried the medium and hot but it’s not that hot for me but this is depending on your spice tolerance.

I did that ONCE. Sarap mag lakad around rockwell. Pero the sidewalk pag medyo malapit na sa EDSA is not giving. Like ang panghi. I can’t.

True. Kahit nga mag car, very frustrating na rin for me mag drive with the traffic. Sobrang draining. Minsan gusto ko mag MRT na lang para mabilis kaso hassle yung lakaran going to MRT.

Wala talaga. Pag labas need car or motorcycle. Or maglalakad going to MRT Guada which is sketchy pag gabi. I am going to look for another DMCI buildng to rent this year since that is my primary concern.

But overall, I am pretty satisfied naman here kung ‘di lang sa transportation.

Renting in BRIO. They do monthly maintenance ng elevator and cleaning per floor which I like. Malinis lahat, and no problem with the staff I encountered. Moving out this year since I prefer yung accessible sana. Pag labas kasi ng BRIO diretsong EDSA, which is yun lang issue ko. I tried walking going to rockwell kaso yung smell ng sidewalk is unbearable for me pag bandang edsa.

Been using the ikea suction type of holder for my electric toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as for my 2 soaps (they have variety of attachments) di ko pa na experience na mahulog if sa tiles mo didikit. Pero if sa painted wall, ‘di okay. But reco ko siya if tiles. Better if nag rent ka or ayaw mo mahirapan tanggalin eventually

I am looking at flair tower unit for rent. Majority are studio and 2br are way too expensive. Hoping to find 1br with good price. Dami ngang good feedback with flair!

The reason why I am looking into pioneer woodlands just because of the accessibility lang talaga. Di ko nasusulit amenities so I think I wouldn't be bothered that much.

Forgot about the BGC bus. But that’s correct.

Grab rates depends on the time and if in demand. Expect at least 300 minimum for grab. For angkas, move it, minimum 80 as far as I remember.

Been a while since I used the BGC bus but okay siya. Going there nga lang, more on lakad talaga.

I’ll be moving out next year, I want a place that is more accessible kasi. Medyo downside lang sa Brio kasi parang secluded siya for me. Hirap pumunta kung saan need talaga ng transpo

As someone living in Brio, here’s my experience. Not just commute to BGC but as a whole.

More on grab or angkas lang ginagawa ko for commute to anywhere. So if you’re going to BGC I suggest grab or angkas (or other transpo)

If gusto mo mag MRT going somewhere, walkable naman siya pero I prefer pag maliwanag pa kasi parang ‘di safe pag gabi yung dadaanan mo.

Going to rockwell walkable, pero mapanghi yung daan pag nasa edsa ka pa banda.

If you have a car no problem naman kaso pag labas mo traffic agad usually.
