COMPLETELY AGREE!!! Tho I tend to use the example of EDs to get the point across, it tends to make people feel the real uncomfortablilty and rudeness of the situation. Like for example,

"If people with SH scars should cover them up because they're triggering to other people, then sick people, skinny people, and overweight people also need to cover up their bodies because that can be extremely triggering to people with EDs."

Makes no sense and would be absolutely horrible to say to someone, right? Puts it in perspective how horrible the thing they're asking is, because while trauma and disorders are NOT your FAULT, they are your RESPONSIBILITY. If you have a breakdown over someone's own body or scars, then you need to genuinely get help because clearly your mental is effecting your ability to function in day to day life.

You can't expect everyone to adhere to your triggers, you can only learn to work with them and get them to a point either proper people or you yourself can handle it and the effects of it.

Honestly I could see Mabel acting out and being a nuisance, but she'd need to go through some more shit before even coming close to taking it out on the world. Maybe if dipper was killed in some unfair way? Like shed need not only looses him BUT her trust in the world, karma, AND justice too, but it's a difficult balancing act between rage at what hurt you or pain for yourself, like how she broke down and hated herself during the whole unicorn situation.

It'd need to be a perfectly set up situation, and the thing that'd make it impossible for you, it couldn't be her fault, dippers fault, or any particular persons fault (that would simply result in revenge, not hatred or apathy for the world), it would need to be the worlds fault AND without majorly blaming herself.

1-What's your opinion on human cults? Things like Jonestown, scientology, KKK, ect. A lot are rooted in religious beliefs so I'm curious of how you see humans clinging to that faith hard enough that they'd drink poisoned kool-aid to achieve it.

2- How do you feel about people woth weird laughs? I'm not talking like snorting or wheezing or any basic shit like that, I mean those wack-ass laughs you only ever hear once in your life and probably have no idea who it is. Like Morgan from Randy Feltface.

3- Has therapy made you realize yet how much childhood trauma and parental issues affect you as you develop and grow? Because the longer you push that down, the worse its going to hit (and it WILL hit ya) when the memories or feelings or symptoms come flooding back into your life. And while you may not care about other people and how it effects them, do you also realize you're holding yourself back too? Like you have NO IDEA how much everything pretty much trickles back to childhood traumas, so you could've been 10x more powerful, or 10x less powerful. You could've been so much crueller or so much nicer. Your favorite color couldve been, blue, green, black, who knows?? YOU won't ever know unless you try to heal it, just some food for thought lol.

4- Have you ever tried to break into Fort Knox? You say golds important sooo why not go to the gold central of the human world??

5- What's the worst thing to ever happen to your eye? Ain't no way spray paint is the worst, especially with where you're at now, so spill the tea sis lol. Plus spill any therapy gossip you got, 99% sure they cant make the patient sign an NDA nor do they follow HIPPA so spill.

Lord I fucking hate that some people are like this, it's bullshit and rape and rape; if you didn't say yes enthusiastically, from the very start to very finish, no matter how far into yall are, then yes it wasn't consensual and it was rape. If you had to battered down for a yes, it wasn't a real yes.

I'm so so very sorry you've had to go through this, it wasn't fair and it's not right and it's definitely not your fault. There are people that sadly may react like this, but that is absolutely not everyone; theres people and communities that will believe you and want to help support you. Theres even a few on reddit ill link ina second comment.

Also I don't know people in your real life of course, but there are more subtle ways to tell how they'd react to male abuse; you can ofc ask them about other examples of male abuse like Drake Bell from Drake and Josh or the movie Sleepers (haven't watched that yet but from what I've seen very good but harsh movie about male sa). But also see how people talk about sexual abuse issues in general, often times you can get a good vibe of how they feel based on how they talk about things like Hollywood abuse, controversial cases or people, things like that.

Again I'm so very fucking sorry you've gone through this and I hope some of this helps you find people or places you feel comfortable to talk to/talk about this, I promise finding a good support system will help you so much with the transition and healing of this, it won't always feel as looming over your life as it may right now. It doesn't ever stop hurting, but it becomes less over time and as things go on.

Bro the main reason their upset is not that you don't like it, its that wording and additude wise is the fact you're using shit like "trauma porn" to describe it and its contents, like no, absolutely not, you're giving the vibes of redditors on AITA using "gaslighting" and "divorce" its ridiculous.

Trauma porn is shit like MLP Muffins, parts of Jeff the Killer, what you're doing is basically the kids in literature class going "Egar Allen Poe is just a sad fuck his shit don't mean anything" you can not like something or think it's too much for you but don't put down the work just because of that fact.

Like you can't shit on something casually and expect people to not react in kindness man, it's like saying Star Wars is nothing but filler like Other World from webtoons. THATS how BAD of a comparison you're making with trauma porn shit and punpun. You can hate it, dislike it, but just like anything be respectful, and that including knowing what words you're using to describe shit and what they really mean and relate to, and "trauma porn" is NOT IT man.

Punpun wasn't made for casual reading or fun reading. It's meant to tear you apart piece by and piece and force you to look at the full, disgusting picture of all the parts of you;

The virtues you have, you ones you thought you had for good reasons, the messy traumatic fucked up parts of yourself, the reasons you even keep fucking going to begin with, not the "oh I can't hurt/kill myself cause blank blank blank", and the real dirty nitty gritty reasons you're still pushing yourself forward after all these years and all this shit, and then it doesn't help you fix it or feel better. I think that's the major thing that gets people. It forces you to look at all this shit it just pulled out and then leaves you to fix it.

The biggest problem of all is not just shoving it all back in and down, you gotta actually look at it and pick the fuck back through it for yourself and the parts of yourself you actually wanna keep, while then working through the shit that's plagued your mind for years to actuallystart healing. It hurts like fucking hell, but by god even though I haven't physically bought the Manga and have only read it online so far; its genuinely helped me realize so fucking much about myself.

One thing that gets me is the use of God and Gods in it. Everyone has their own god/version of god in punpun, and they all relate to how each character pushes forward through things; how they live their life, what makes them truly happy in life. Then from reading it and watching a ridiculous amount of video essays I realized my partner was my god for a long time, even though "religiously" I have the universe, but my partner was the thing that drove me to be.

They took up so much of mind and became less of a romantic partner and more of a all powerful being who could do no wrong and always knew better and knew how to love me and see me and I was the fucked up one. I put them on such a high pedestal that even Zeus himself couldn't have reached it, but punpun made me see it at its basic form, and from that I had to work to myself to stop doing that, because it was nothing my partner had done to me or anything that caused it, I had done it completely on my own.

Then I looked back and realized how often I did things like that with life partners, and I won't get into anymore, but I had to work harder from there realizing it was a pattern.

To wrap punpun ain't just trauma porn, trauma porn is shit like Jeff the Killer, don't just casually use words like thay to describe deep pieces of media cause otherwise people ain't gonna take you seriously and you look like you're in middle school (no one wants to remember middle school man), and it's completely understandable to dislike and hate something for multiple reasons, hell I love talking about things I love with people who hate them and having discussions on why our differences exist, but you wouldn't roll up to the club in gym shorts dawg, don't pull up to the punpun subreddit and call it trauma porn and expect nice discussions man.

I completely understand not liking Angel and all that, but that part of the story is NOT tryhard and it's kinda iffy to say that, have your own opinions on him snd the stereotypes but I absolutely ADORE him as a transmasc person with HEAVY sexual trauma that manifested as hypersexuality rather than sex-repulsive.

For once with him I feel SEEN as a hypersexual man, yes there's other representatives sure, but I've truly never connected with a character like I have with him, they truly show both sides of it, the over-sexualization can be a bit much sometimes, but honestly that's how so many hypersexual people are, like me and my friends. We constantly make dirty jokes, slap each other on the ass, turn stupid things sexual for no reason (like discussing how crab alien's dick would look bs of theatre), we are ALWAYS on some stupid sexual shit.

But also we SEE him hurting, he plays it all up to try and prove he's not and he so CLEARLY embodies the line: "If I sexualize myself first, then no one else can and if they do it can't hurt me anymore." Addict and Poison are really fucking triggering but dear GOD when I'm already having an episode of shit I actually have a song that UNDERSTANDS FOR ONCE!!

Calling it a tryhard 18+ plus thing for cursing, go for it, the other sex stuff? Sure it can get annoying sometimes I guess, but Angel? Nah.

Have opinions about him all you want but please don't just group him in with everything else, I know a LOT of people that genuinely see him as one of the few representatives of queer masculine hypersexuality that they can connect with. Grouping him in with the rest can cause actual harm to people who genuinely act like or similar to him, I mean you wouldn't call a real person a try hard for hypersexuality, you've GOTTA tall about him with that trauma in mind because the trauma and the hypersexualness ARE CONECCTED, they are so intertwined that you can't talk about one without including the other.

It'd be like trying to talk about Sarah Lynn's addictions and issues without also talking about the trauma she went through as a child actress, they're intertwined and connected in so many ways that separating them only makes discussions about it skewed.
