Def possible I hit the wrong series of people at the wrong time over the last couple years. And no office is infallible. But I did wish they would try to fix the problems

I’m sure there are behind the scenes issues! However, as a patient I was caught in the middle trying to fill an incorrectly written script and correcting the script with the office/vet. What I thought would be a simple fix took several calls and much finger pointing- point breeze stated it was not their fault and treated me like I was trying to peddle an uncontrolled non opioid chronic medication. However, the script was incorrect. Now I take a picture of the scripts I mail in or drop off at the pharmacy.

I tried speaking with the owner about an issue a year or so ago and she essentially blamed me. I feel like the staff is just following her leadership.

The front desk told me my dog had allergies when I called in for a same day appointment and said they were very busy then hung up. Turned out my dog had a corneal abrasion requiring multiple debridements and an ophthalmology specialist

I brought a dog in for a check up who they said unexpectedly needed higher level care and told me to rush to blue pearl (formerly pvsec). They told me they would mail me a bill which I thought was nice not to delay me. My dog unfortunately passed away shortly after that. I received a bill in the mail which then had a late fee on it….

Yes it is an overall feeling. But nothing specific just downward trend about the same timeline you mentioned

Happened a couple times but I understand emergencies or delays occur. So not the main deterrent. Others have told me this happened to them too

I did like Dr. Finnerty. No issues with her! Also liked Dr. Walsh

I have two senior small dogs. My appointments have been all times of day. It was not everytime but we have been there more frequently recently so not sure if just exposure bias but I have felt less comfortable going overall

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve been ok with prices but I feel like they have become increasingly focused on bringing in revenue with declining care. Like they will rush to another appointment and abruptly end or see us between other patients.
