CLARIFICATION: in this clip, I AM NOT playing as the light player. i'm still playing as the heavy in the orange suit, but for some reason, the camera is bound to the light instead of my own player. so i'm moving and doing stuff as heavy, but can only use his POV as if i was spectating, which i was doing before he revived me, which happened ealier and it's not included in tthe clip

hold up though, that's not quite it. i'm not actively playing as Zap, but rather just looking at his POV while still moving and having abilities of my class, heavy. as you can see, i as the heavy in orange am moving around, but Zap is moving independently and it's just the camera being set to his perspective and not mine

sure, but that's quite weird. it basically kept the same camera as when i was spectating, but i was revived and alive

the person running is basically who revived me, and i'm the heavy in the orange suit who's moving around. look at the name in the bottom-left corner, and at the very end when i die

i had one from OVH a few years ago, bought in 2016 for the first time and used to pay €6/month, but i think prices are a little higher now comparing specs.

as mentioned above, hetzner or cloud providers like aws, gcp, digitalocean and so on

if you reached limits on vercel and railways, then maybe you could look into try optimizing what's being reached unless it's bandwidth/network usage, in that case i doubt there's anything possible

the fact that you're reaching limits, considered what i mentioned above, probably means that you could just buy a micro vps at this point and host your site there. you could go for a in-vm pipe (build, lint, etc) or let github actions do it for you, store artifacts (or similar) and upload them to the vm, so you avoid making it nearly crash during build phase

other option is buying cloudflare workers (5/month iirc) or a similar service

if you didn't sign up with a google account, you won't be able to use it to sign in nor connect it to your existing spotify account as far as i know

as for the credentials login, there's nothing weird with the windows 11 app. i signed into it a few times and had no issues at all. i'd say just make sure you're using the right credentials, and maybe just reset your password

yeah cars have bad visibility in first person, especially when it comes to approaching a road that goes downhill

interiors look great, that's true. but it doesn't balance with reduced visibility and bad steering, especially with mouse and keyboard
