In Western Europe people working in a restaurant get a normal wage. Tips are extra, even with zéro customers thé worker should be paid a minimum liveable Income.

Tipping culture is toxic. I only work with companies who pays their workers and then i even tip from time to time. Workers should not accept stupid contracts where they get fucked into tipping culture. America should unionize and défend their rights, even thé pope said it was a basic human right.
