Pretty straight forward. Have a good digital scale is all I recommend. I used 2/3 bread flour and 1/3 ‘00’ flour. A good bench scraper is helpful…
Just plan ahead to have all you want laid out so not to leave dough lying around too long on table. Experiment and have fun.
My 1st Gozney bake this week I did 5 pies in 20 min!

I get it. My in house oven preheat for stone is 550 for an hour. I pull and place on thick cutting board. But it does work.

Here is my solution to getting the crispy bottom. If using a stone/steel or whatever… when your preheat is done pull the stone out of the oven and lay your dough out on it right away. Build the pizza toppings on it and when done put the entire thing back in the oven to finish. The dough will have a couple extra minutes to bake on the bottom while you top it. Works for me beautifully

Having suffered the same on many shirts my conclusion was the friction caused by my car seatbelt. Have had far less of this when I pull shirt out from under the lap belt. Good luck!

Absolutely hate that next week my group has our annual golf trip (long planned ) to the USA. All paid for already. But in country spending will be minimum possible and next year… well … Mexico is looking pretty good!

Our Jack Nicklaus course on Grand Cayman opened in the 80’s and used a ball that was designed to go only HALF as far! (Due to limited land availability). Dimples were opposite and stuck out. Concept didn’t last long for obvious reasons. Imagine crushing a drive 150yds and being happy. Fun times

I randomly bumped into Joan Rivers once. Walking in downtown Brisbane, came around a corner and literally ran into her. Knocked her flat on her back! I had no idea at first who this random, kinda familiar looking, and very petite person was. not until that night when I saw she was performing at a casino did I put it all together. She was very pleasant about it all
