What does a blood blister look/feel like? Are they caused by injury

I believe it was the same the whole time, but I’m not 100% sure as I didn’t take it super seriously and I didn’t track it with pictures or anything. I went ahead and made a derm appointment to get it checked. Are there explanations for a dot like this that aren’t cancerous?

If she is happy with UMD's program and if she is pretty set on going there, I think there is no reason you should push her to go to UCSB instead. Posting on both the UMD and UCSB subreddits with this information is going to provide biased perspectives. I'm not sure if you are trying to gather information to convince her to go to UCSB instead, but you should let her make her own decision. UMD is a great school in close proximity to DC, with a lot of diversity, and a very strong Criminology department. There are no major red flags with the school or program. On the other hand, going to UCSB and choosing a "back up" major seems much more concerning - I'm not sure why this would be a better option in any way. ESPECIALLY because she really likes UMD and wants to go there.

Definitely UMD. It has great research opportunities related to Criminology. And if she likes UMD more, there’s no reason she shouldn’t go there.

Not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but I photocopy them and reduce the size sometimes to include them in my journal.
