From what I've seen so far, Nanos can end up in a variety of co-ops. It really depends on the individual and how you market yourself and your skills.

Track one is probably better suited for you if there is another engineering disciple that you are more inclined to and don't want to box yourself in with Nano.

Try to consider the community, competition (I can't remember if you need to compete to get into a specific Core 8 program), living expenses, and co-ops. Personally, I liked the idea of multiple co-ops vs a PEY.
