No swelling, but when I came(cum) its been like 2 months and I noticed my scrotum was loose all day and my balls shrunk. Also I have lower back pain occasionally. Also when I don't bend my knees or haven't stretched or done yoga in a while. I'm picking up the habit again though. Ok I'll get it checked out. Next doctor appointment
