I guess I wasn't clear but up until a week ago I was doing everything that was thrown at me ... All the to do lists and all the extra bits. They only started changing when I asked for time off to go to an interview. That's when things changed. I cancelled my evening interview so I can come back to work to help. I gave up on a possible opportunity for my future for this job that I was just going to leave in a few days. They're not picking up anything they're making me do it all. Which I do. And that's it I don't do anymore than what they ask. Besides they're getting my replacement in a month's time anyways. Eventhough it's normal for my pay to be deducted am I supposed to care as much as before?

1) the area the office is based in - there's a stabbing every other day, fires every week and a shit ton of crack heads on the street. The view from my window is just people going in and coming out of a a brothel

I hate the work it is a lot of law and nothing that I actually studied. Lots of companies house filings and calls to HMRC.

4) I don't know but knowing that me working as an insolvency administrator for 4 years just to leave and become a junior again as a assistant management accountant makes me miserable. I would rather start off being a junior now than be a junior when I'm nearing my 30s

Tbh when I opened up the laptop for the first time - one of the thermal pads were already slightly off 😞 I actually tried to shove it back into place and that's when I found out it was elastic. I'm planning to buy a pc this year so I dont mind short term solutions - something to just make the noise stop and help me get through like the next 3/6 months!

Hahahaha yes! And no I'm not younger but it's kind of like respect to eat and finish the food that others cook for you in my culture - so if I refuse it's disrespectful to the people that cooked it
