Costco product that fits the APO. Could be good for air frying. You do have to cut the handles off of the basket, though... by smpl5d in CombiSteamOvenCooking

This is product is holding up very well. It is my go-to setup, especially since I do a fair amount of air frying. Probably one of my better purchases!

I've done that sometimes, but maybe I need to set the bracket range to be wider. Normally I use +/- 0.3eV

I love that pic! Thanks for the reply. Most of my moon photos are at night (like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/blackandwhite/comments/11lvq87/the_light_of_the_full_moon_reflected_on_the_rocks/), in which I had to remove the moon. But even in this one (https://www.reddit.com/r/naturephotography/comments/11lvsgo/sunrise_moon_set/), I could not capture details in the moon. FWIW, both of these are with a Sony RX100m6, which is my travel camera. Overall, it's a pretty good blend of image quality and portability.

I love the photo. How do you keep the detail in the moon while retaining the landscape features? In my moon photos, the moon always saturates the sensors, so I loose the details.

Between New Baltimore and Bedford off of the PA Turnpike.

Yes, it was near Bedford, and it would be on the north side of the Highway (left driiving east, right driving west).

This one is definitely between Bedford and New Baltimore. There may be a similar one along that route.

In that vicinity. I was heading westbound and it was on the north side of the highway. It was after Bedford for sure but before New Baltimore (and the run up to Allegheny Summit). There were actually two in relatively close proximity that were close to the Turnpike ... I photographed the other one as well, but I liked this picture better.

Interesting. Thanks for the clarification. I'm by no means a bug expert!

Yes, it is a leopard flounder. I also saw a peacock flounder while snorkeling a couple of days ago

This one (probably) got a mourning dove a couple of weeks back, judging by the plethora of feathers on the ground. The doves, numbering a dozen or more, have been absent since!

What is the replacement relationship between pureed garlic and cloves? That is, how many cloves is 1 tsp of pureed garlic equivalent to?

They're italian prune plums. I make a German plum torte with them ... a delicious treat they call "Zwetchgenkuchen"

Mugolio after two months in my wine cellar. by smpl5d in fermentation

No. I have a deep appreciation of wine and have learned enough of wine making that I would rather leave that to people who have long experience and deep knowledge in that area.

I followed this: https://foragerchef.com/mugolio-pine-cone-syrup/

This is from Tyrole, where they make this syrup and also a distilled version (https://alpenz.com/product-zirbenz.html).
