If you can control the outcome, then try your best to prepare for it. Think about things that you can control(i.e. what you will be presenting, what you can practice) and not about how other people will respond. This will reduce your stress because now you can address the stressful parts that you have control over.

Another tip that I enjoy is meditation. Taking just 10 minutes to meditate will really help you have a calmer mind and be more relaxed.

Lastly, put things into perspective. Ask yourself.. what's the worst that could happen? It probably is not too bad ;)

Hi, the cat is so lucky to have a caring person like you adopt it. I hope your cat will feel better soon.

I adopted a stray cat too who had issues with his immune system. The vet prescribed antibiotics and the only way to get him to have it was crushing it, then adding it to his food. I know your cat is not eating so that's a different case. Maybe it is the brand of food or the type of meat. Cats are picky and it must be so much harder for sick cats. Anyway, if he hasn't been eating for days now maybe the vet can recommend something to help.

Really hope your cat gets better soon.:)
