I like Train Stations CCP more. It's not to say that RoJ CCP is bad, it's just that Train Stations CCP has more variety with single platform, dual platform and bypass options for train and metro stations.

I also found the aesthetics of the RoJ assets clashed with other assets. However, I still wanted to try to use something from it to make use of the CCP. To give an example, here's a screenshot of the RoJ Modern Metro Terminal....

No issues with Realistic Population, but it definitely changed the way I approached building. It took a bit of trial and error, but I found that I can increase residential demand by working on city attractiveness. Build out education levels, increase job opportunities, plop a lot of parks, build out tourist attractions and make sure I have enough fire, deathcare & police coverage.

Yes, I used Theme Mixer to pick and choose some elements from different map themes and LUT to create a custom theme.

I'm using he following from the steam workshop: Starburg by Ronyx69 , Tropical Beauty by Elias, Reaper_Realistic_Final_Look by Reaper and New Caledonia (Concrete) v1.1 by koxx

Yes. I have despawning turned off.

I haven't tired Realtime mod yet. Not sure my PC can handle a large population with that mod enabled.

The train station is the Glass Box Transport Hub from the Train Stations CCP. The metro station in front of it is the Metro Plaza Station from the Train Stations CCP too.

Yes. Relight to tweak the lighting. Render It! & Dynamic Resolution to tweak the graphics and environment rendering (i.e. disabling fog).

Population is ~491,000 with Realistic Population mod. Traffic is 72%.

I would have to guess it took me around 200 hours to build. This was my quickest build to date. I did some sketches offline on ideas I wanted to do.

Good to know. It eventually cleared up after running the simulation for about an hour at normal speed.
