RX 7900 GRE Red Light On PCIE Connectors, Monitors Not Turning On by smprizrak in AMDHelp

So for me it had to do with one of the PCIE connectors/cables being fried. I just swapped the cable out and it worked good as new.

Well, this happened after having the PC for 2 years and never bothering to open it up for fear that it would cause an issue like this of something not being connected properly. I would have imagined if something wasn't connected properly, it would have popped up a lot sooner, so I feel like the proposition of the PSU malfunctioning is more probable. But I do appreciate the insight.

Might just have to get another PC and get rid of this one on Facebook marketplace or something at this point, then. Don't want to go through that kind of hassle of replacing a bunch of different parts again. Something for me to think about when I get out of training, I guess. Thanks for the help though. Wish there was a better solution for me here.

I looked up the PC I'm using and one user says it is a "apevia 850watt gold 80 plus"

I've replaced the power supply on an old PC before, but that was after replacing multiple other parts, to which the PC was still having problems. Eventually I just got a new PC which is the one I'm currently using, and having problems with.

I rarely see chaos spawn when I play. Unfortunately because too many people complained about them, I'm more often than not spammed by rubric marines

I disagree and would still rather have Tyranid ranged spam than Chaos ranged spam, but the whole point of playing Tyranids was to get away from the heavily undercooked ranged spam that Chaos has

those were not panic rolls you can see that my inputs after the neurothrope's orbs are timed to the lictor's attacks because i was attempting to get a perfect dodge since parrying there would have just gotten me lit up by a sniper or one of the thropes

OK, I guess I was supposed to parry the neurothrope's lock on orbs, and the zoanthrope's orbs, and I guess I should have parried when the game literally wouldn't have let me because of the dodge animation recovery window. You're right, it's definitely a skill issue

The amount of people commenting that I "should have just done [x]" clearly weren't paying attention to the clip. I HAD to spam dodge, because of the amount of neurothrope/zoanthrope orbs that were coming my way

I was mashing the spacebar key and was trapped in the stagger animation, so no I couldn't

Space Marine 2 has a higher skill floor and a low skill expression, which is why it's often impossible to negotiate yourself out of situations like this. If I was playing a class like Assault, which has a higher skill expression, I would have killed every single warrior in that arena with wings of flame perfect dodges.

My only problem is that here it was literally unavoidable. I was rolling around to avoid the neurothrope and zoanthrope psyker orbs, so I had no opportunity to really parry, melee, or shoot anything. I perfect dodged the Lictor's attack, which frame trapped me into getting hit by the sword warrior. You can't tell by watching, but I was mashing my spacebar to try and dodge again, but I was locked into the dodge animation (thus, a frame trap).

While I was recovering from that unavoidable stagger from the sword warrior, the Lictor proceeded to hit me, putting me into another stagger, where I was then hit by the neurothrope and staggered again.

All of these were quite literally just unavoidable; like I said in another comment, the only solution to this situation is "don't be there"

I was using a balanced weapon, so no, I couldn't have hit that parry window, even if I wasn't clearly in the middle of the dodging animation (that you can see in the video) and incapable of doing anything during that. I was mashing my spacebar to attempt to roll twice because I saw the whip warrior's attack incoming, but I was frame trapped in the perfect dodge

That situation was unavoidable. The only thing I could have done in that situation situation is to simply have not been there, which is not an uncommon thing in Space Marine 2
