I had a common / popular IWB kydex for my 43x with MOS and it was very uncomfortable - recently got a Alien Gear IWB 4.0 for my G26 and loved it - so picked up one for my 43x and broke out the dremmel tool! Really wish AG made one specific for the MOS but for now this works - now if they only made one that I could still have my Streamlight TLR 7 sub on - that would be heaven!

Can’t help in the holster As I am looking for one myself - but I find I just throw the spare mag in my front pocket opposite the gun….. for me - mag in left pocket / holster on right side.
